At UTP, Journals, we resolve to cut down on claims by sending out a
monthly email update with a list of all recently published issues to
keep you up-to-date on the issues that have been released. In order
to receive this monthly update, please enter your email address in the
box below.
Cancellation
and Claims policy
Claims
for all journals listed should be directed to University
of Toronto Press Incorporated, not the journal editor or
sponsoring society.
Issues
will be mailed free of charge to those paid subscribers who claim
for missing issues within six months of the mailing date for the journal
in question. If a claim is received between six months and one year
of the mailing date of the journal, there will be a $15 postage charge.
After one year, the single issue price will apply.
Refunds
for unmailed copies are subject to a $20 administration fee and will
be accepted in the first half of the volume only.
If you
have questions, or would like to claim non-receipt of issues contact
us via email: journals@utpress.utoronto.ca.
Be sure to include your mailing address, the name of the journal,
the volume, and the issue number of the copy that you have not received.
