If you wish to receive a back issue or a single issue of a journal,
or wish to inquire about prices, please contact customer

Canadian
GST and HST
13% HST must be added to orders for Canadian subscribers living in
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. 5% GST must be added
to the subscription price, for Canadian subscribers living in Ontario,
Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Prince
Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut to those
journals with a GST registration number. Do not remit tax for journals
without a GST registration number.
Foreign
Postage
In a continued effort to improve services to our clients we provide
3-4 week cost-effective overseas delivery. Some journals charge additional
postage to subscribers from outside Canada or North America - a fee
that must be included with the subscription payment for journals to
be mailed outside of Canada or North America.
Postage charges must be applied to single-issue orders. Please contact
UTP Journals for details.
Cancellation
and Claims Policy
Claims for all journals listed should be directed to University of
Toronto Press Incorporated (journals@utpress.utoronto.ca),
not the journal editor or sponsoring society. Issues will be mailed
free of charge to those paid subscribers who claim for missing issues
within six months of the mailing date of the journal in question.
If a claim is received between six months and one year of the mailing
date of the journal, there is$15 postage and handling charge. After
one year, the single-issue price will apply.
*Refunds
for un-mailed copies are subject to a $25 administration fee and will
be accepted in the first half of the volume only. Refunds are not
accepted for annual or semi-annual journals.

There is no subscription agency discount unless negotiated otherwise.
